1) When operating on the high voltage system first turn the vehicle power switch off;2）Put on insulated gloves (always check the gloves before putting them on, they must not be torn, not even the size of a needle's eye, they must not be cracked, they must not show signs of aging, and they must not be wet);
3）Disconnect the negative cable from the auxiliary battery (before doing so check the fault codes and save or record them if necessary as, as with conventional internal combustion engine vehicles, disconnecting the negative battery terminal will clear the cable fault codes);
4）Remove the service plug and place the plug in a coat pocket for safe keeping, this will prevent other people from putting the plug back in by mistake and causing accidents;
5）Do not operate the power switch after removing the access plug, otherwise the hybrid ECU may be damaged;
6）Remove the service plug and leave the vehicle for at least 5min before carrying out other operations, as it takes at least 5min to discharge the high-voltage capacitor in the inverter;
7）When working on the high-voltage system, place a warning sign in a conspicuous place to remind others of safety;
8）Do not carry any metal objects or other conductive bodies with you to avoid short-circuiting the lines caused by accidental dropping;
9）High-voltage wiring should be wrapped with insulating tape immediately after removal to ensure that it is fully insulated;
10）Be sure to tighten the high-voltage screw terminals according to the specified torque, too much or too little torque may lead to failure;
11）After completing the operation of the high-voltage system, before reinstalling the access plugs, it should be reconfirmed that no parts or tools have been left around the working platform and that the high-voltage terminals have been tightened and the connectors have been plugged in.
